Tracey D. Hedworth, 43, of Geneva, was arrested for driving while intoxicated on June 5. The incident occurred on Middle Road in the Town of Potter around 10:19 p.m.
Yates County Sheriff’s Deputies stopped Hedworth’s vehicle for failing to signal a turn. After performing field sobriety tests, she was charged with Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated and Driving While Intoxicated under Common Law.
Hedworth was taken to the Yates County Public Safety Building for a chemical test and later released with tickets to appear in the Town of Potter Court at a future date.
