Geneva woman faces felony charge after re-entering store twice when banned

Earlier this week Seneca Falls police arrested Veronica Torres, 43, of Geneva, following two theft complaints from the Walmart Supercenter.

Torres, previously banned from the store, re-entered twice and stole merchandise on both occasions.


Torres faces multiple charges, including two counts of Criminal Trespass in the Third Degree (Class B misdemeanor), two counts of Petit Larceny (Class A misdemeanor), and two counts of Burglary in the Third Degree (Class D felony).

She was released on appearance tickets and is scheduled to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court at a later date.
