Dean Lane Dining celebrated the grand opening of its new specialty prix fixe dining space with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Tuesday. The event, held at the farm and homestead at 1100 Dean Lane, marked the beginning of a new chapter for the family-run establishment.
Starting June 3, Dean Lane Dining will offer four-course dinners every Monday, featuring weekly changing menus that highlight local and seasonal ingredients. Michael Dean, owner and chef, emphasized the focus on freshness and variety. “We will be offering four-course dinners at our farm every Monday,” Dean said. “The menus will change weekly and focus on local and seasonal ingredients.”
The opening event included a tour of the new dining space, complimentary food and beverages, and networking opportunities for local food enthusiasts and community members. Dean Lane Dining, operated by the Dean family for three generations, aims to bring a touch of worldly cuisine with a classic French style to the region. The menu features seasonal items from the farm, paired with local wines, beer, and cider.
