Seneca County Sheriff Tim Thompson reports the arrest of Charles F. Damick III, 20, of Junius, on Friday evening.
Damick was charged with harassment in the second degree after an incident on Whiskey Hill Road.
Authorities allege that Damick subjected another person to unwanted physical contact. Following his arrest, he was taken to the Seneca County Correctional Facility.
Damick is being held for CAP court proceedings.
