The Zac Brown Band will perform at the Constellation Brands-Marvin Sands Performing Arts Center (CMAC) on June 2, kicking off a week of activities in Canandaigua. Doors open at 5 p.m., and the concert starts at 6:30 p.m. As of late-Monday, lawn seats were still available for the concert, as well as tickets for the pit.
The week features several other events. On May 28, from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m., join the “Generally Speaking about Crime” hosts at Wood Library for a discussion on local crimes. The library, located at 134 N. Main St., will also host a spring book sale from June 1-9. Additionally, seniors can attend an Excel basics course on May 30 from 10 a.m. to noon.
Art enthusiasts can visit Bruce Zaretsky’s exhibit at Cumming Nature Center in Naples, or attend an art show and sale by Susan Comstock and Rosemary Reed on June 1-2 in Penn Yan. For more details on these events, check the respective websites or contact the event organizers.
