The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office arrested Mathew Wilson, 38, of Williamson, following a domestic incident.
Wilson faces multiple charges, including Driving While Intoxicated (DWI), DWI with a BAC of .08% or greater, DWI under Leandra’s Law, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child under 15.
Deputies arrested Wilson after he failed field sobriety tests. A chemical test later showed a BAC of .12%. Wilson was driving with a child passenger at the time. He was processed at the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office and is being held at the Wayne County Jail pending arraignment.
Wilson is scheduled to appear in Williamson Town Court at a later date.
