The Memorial Day parade will be held on May 27, starting at 9:15 a.m. from the Mynderse Academy parking lot and proceeding to Veterans’ Park. Marchers should report to parade coordinator Mike Drake at 8:45 a.m. Korean War veteran Marvin Lay, a lifelong Seneca Falls resident, will serve as the parade’s Grand Marshal.

Ceremonies honoring the Dead of All Wars will take place at 10 a.m. in Veterans’ Park, with Art Evans, Past Commander of American Legion Post #366, serving as master of ceremonies. The keynote speaker will be Judge Dennis Bender. In case of inclement weather, ceremonies will be moved indoors to the American Legion hall.
