Honeoye schools closer to naming superintendent: Here are the two finalists

The Honeoye Board of Education has announced two finalists for the position of School Superintendent: Jesse Harper and Natalie Pfluke. The selection follows a comprehensive search process.

Jesse Harper currently serves as the superintendent of schools for the Arkport Central School District, with previous experience as a high school science teacher, 7-12 building principal, and committee on special education chairperson.


Natalie Pfluke is the elementary school principal for the Honeoye Central School District. Her past roles include classroom teacher, central registrar, coordinator of programming for the Rochester City School District, and assistant principal for the Greece Central School District.

Harper and Pfluke are scheduled for Day-in-District interviews on May 30, 2024. They will meet with various stakeholder groups, including students, staff, families, and community members, and present their entry plans to the community at 6:00 p.m. in the High School LGI Room.
