Yankees split four-game series with Mariners

The New York Yankees (35-17) earned a four-game series split with the Seattle Mariners (27-24) on Thursday afternoon at Yankee Stadium with a 5-0 victory. 

Giancarlo Stanton and Aaron Judge went deep, while Juan Soto, Alex Verdugo, and Anthony Rizzo drove in runs. 

Luis Gil continued his dominant season, tossing 6.1 scoreless innings while allowing just one hit, an infield single, and striking out eight. Clay Holmes recorded a four-out save.
