Dundee man faces felony charges after damaging patrol car in Penn Yan

Penn Yan police say a Dundee man faces several charges including felonies after erratic behavior at a local business. Andrew J. Hoh, 35, of Dundee, was arrested on May 16 after multiple reports at a business in the village.

Hoh was identified as the suspect who had stolen alcohol from a village business and was found operating a vehicle without plates, registration, or insurance. He consumed the stolen beer at the business and was determined to be driving while intoxicated with a revoked license from a prior DWI conviction.

During his arrest and processing, Hoh resisted officers, causing damage to a patrol vehicle and other police property. He faces multiple charges, including felony DWI, felony aggravated unlicensed operation, felony criminal mischief, petit larceny, obstructing governmental administration, and several traffic violations.
