On May 19 deputies from the Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office arrested Carl M. Bond, 36, of Aurelius, on multiple charges, including Menacing 3rd, Resisting Arrest, Trespass, and Disorderly Conduct.

The arrest followed an incident on May 10 at the Cayuga County Office Building where Bond caused a disturbance with loud and profane behavior. Despite requests from Special Patrol Officers to leave, Bond refused and resisted arrest before fleeing the scene. Deputies subsequently obtained a warrant for his arrest.

Bond was apprehended and arraigned at Centralized Arraignment, where he was released with a future court date scheduled for Auburn City Court. The charges against him include two misdemeanors and two violations.
