33rd Annual Auburn Book Bonanza coming in July

Rare books, first editions, vintage children’s books, and antique books will be available along with non-fiction and A-Z popular fiction written by authors such as Kristin Hannah, Elin Hildenbrand, and James Patterson.

This year’s book sale will take place at the Fingerlakes Mall in the food court. Isles will be ADA accessible, wagons and pull-carts are welcome, and reusable bags are recommended. This is a cash-only event. 

The three-day sale begins Friday evening, July 26th between 4-7 p.m. A suggested Early Bird entrance donation of $5.00 per person will go directly towards this year’s benefiting non-profits; Sleep in Heavenly Peace (Auburn NY chapter) and American Near East Refugee Aid (ANERA). 

Saturday July 27th, book sale hours are 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. 

Sunday July 28th is the Fill-a-Box Sale from 11- 2 p.m. Boxes will be provided and hold 25-35 books depending on size. 

Raffle prizes will include a trip for two to the Thousand Islands courtesy Onondaga Coach Tours, and a Wiccan / Herbal Witchcraft books bundle from Llewellyn Press. 

Children’s books will be .50 cents each, teen and adult softcovers 1.50, teen and adult hardcovers 2.00. DVDs 2.00, and music CDs 1.00. 

The Better Books / Yellow Tables include new and like-new books for 4.00 each. 

The Special Books / Pink Tables contain rare and interesting collections of local history, new books, signed or inscribed books, kits or boxed sets, books with bonus content, and games or activities. 

Pricing is as-marked for Special Books, Vintage / Antique, and Homeschooling.
