Seneca Falls police make arrest after shoplifting incident at local grocery store

Seneca Falls police arrested a local man following a shoplifting investigation at a grocery store.

Jonathan G. Toledo, 35, was arrested by police for shoplifting at ALDI. Toledo was observed taking merchandise and passing all points of sale without paying.


Charged with one count of petit larceny, a class A misdemeanor, Toledo was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court at a later date.

New York State Police assisted in locating and arresting Toledo.
