The Geneva YMCA announced Todd Freelove as its new Executive Director. Freelove, with over twenty years of YMCA leadership experience, was selected by a subcommittee from the Y’s Board of Directors for his extensive background and commitment to community development.
“Todd’s appointment represents a significant milestone for our organization,” said Rob Sollenne, Chair of the Search Committee and Chairperson of the Geneva YMCA’s Board of Directors. Freelove previously served as executive director of the Clifton Springs YMCA before leaving last year.
Freelove expressed his enthusiasm for the role, stating, “I am honored and excited to join the Geneva YMCA team.” He plans to lead strategic initiatives to expand access to services, promote health and wellness, and strengthen community connections. The Geneva YMCA welcomes Freelove and anticipates a dynamic chapter of growth and service under his leadership.
