During the traffic stop, the Deputy noticed an open can of beer and another unopened can in the vehicle’s center console. After evaluating Victoria, the Deputy determined he was operating the vehicle under the influence of alcohol. Victoria was arrested and charged with Aggravated DWI, DWI (first offense), failure to stop at a stop sign, and possession of an open alcohol container in the vehicle.

Victoria was processed and released, with a court appearance scheduled for May 28 in the Town of Owasco Court.
