Lyons man arrested after causing significant damage at Montezuma St. residence

The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office arrested Morgan M. Case, 20, of Lyons, after investigating a family trouble incident on Montezuma Street. Case was charged with Criminal Mischief in the Second Degree.


Deputies allege that Case attempted to break into a residence on Montezuma Street, causing significant damage, including broken windows and other items on the porch.

Case was processed at the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office and transported to the Wayne County Jail. He awaits CAP arraignment before the presiding judge and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Lyons court at a later date for further proceedings.
