Bills sign WR Marquez Valdes-Scantling to 1-year contract

The Buffalo Bills added to its wide receiver room on Tuesday, signing veteran Marquez Valdes-Scantling to a one-year contract, the team announced

Adam Schefter of ESPN reported that the deal is worth up to $4.5 million and includes a $1.125 million signing bonus.

Valdes-Scantling, 29, spent the last two seasons with the Kansas City Chiefs, winning two Super Bowls. He started his NFL career with the Green Bay Packers, playing four seasons there. 

Over his six-year career, Valdes-Scantling has caught 186 passes for 3,155 yards and 16 touchdowns. He also has nine career rushing attempts for 48 yards.
