Yankees hit season-high five home runs in series win over Rays

The New York Yankees (27-15) used a season-high five home runs to take down the Tampa Bay Rays (20-21), 10-6, on Sunday afternoon at Tropicana Field and grab another series win.

Jose Trevino recorded his second career multi-homer game. Jahmai Jones smacked his first Major League home run, while Aaron Judge and Gleyber Torres also went deep.

Luis Gil fired six shutout frames while allowing just three hits, two walks, and striking out three. However, the bullpen surrendered a season-high six runs. Caleb Ferguson gave up a grand slam, while Nick Burdi and Ian Hamilton allowed runs.
