Spaulding named correction officer of the year in Yates County

The Yates County Sheriff’s Office announced that Correction Officer Chris Spaulding has been named Correction Officer of the Year. The announcement was made recently, recognizing Spaulding for his outstanding contributions to the department and community.

Chief Correction Officer Jared Bailey praised Spaulding for his enthusiasm, energy, and consistent performance beyond the call of duty. The award presentation was attended by Sheriff Frank Ryan, Undersheriff Brandon Jensen, and other department officials, along with Spaulding’s wife, Deputy Sydney Spaulding. The recognition underscores Spaulding’s positive work ethic and dedication, which are seen as exemplary by his peers and superiors.
