The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Lyons man who threatened a woman with a firearm on Monday.
Johnnell Archibald, 30, was arrested for criminal possession of a weapon and menacing after an incident where he woke up a woman by pointing a gun at her.
He held the firearm to her head and throat, deputies said, who confirmed that Archibald was taken into custody without incident after investigation.
However, before it ended – the suspect then screamed at the victim while the gun was pressed against her head – placing her in fear for her life.
He was taken to the Wayne County Jail for processing following the most-recent incident.
