Canandaigua police arrested a local resident following a physical disturbance at a residence on Saltonstall Street.
According to a news release, Kaylee Daniels, 21, was arrested for punching and pulling the hair of a person she was arguing with.
Daniels was charged with harassment and issued a ticket to appear in local court at a later date.
