At the scene, deputies found Jacobs near the damaged vehicle. She admitted to driving and was discovered to have been intoxicated. The crash resulted in damage to two parked vehicles, a trampoline, and significant damage to the residence, including four porch pillars and a garage wall. Following the incident, Jacobs refused all sobriety and chemical tests.

Jacobs was subsequently processed at the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office, where she became uncooperative while being restrained, earning an additional charge of Obstructing Governmental Administration in the Second Degree. She was released on an appearance ticket and is due to appear in the Town of Lyons Court to face her charges.
