Canandaigua man charged with child endangerment after shattering glass window

Police arrested a 30-year-old man following a disturbance on Bristol Street in Canandaigua.

According to a news release, Thomas Vaughan, 30, was arrested for child endangerment after punching a window while in the presence of a child.

The child wasn’t injured, according to police, who say Vaughan was taken into custody without incident.

The charge will be answered at a later date.
