Waterloo police arrested a local woman on felony charges after a home burglary in the village.
According to a news release, Kelsey Davoli, 23, of Waterloo was arrested for burglary and grand larceny after entering a residence she was told not to return to.
She returned with a key that had been stolen at an earlier date stealing a Playstation 4 and electric scooter.
The two items were valued at more than $2,700.
Davoli was transported to the Seneca County Jail and will answer the charges at a later date.
