Police: Geneva woman wanted on several charges taken into custody in Seneca Falls

On May 1 Seneca Falls police apprehended 34-year-old Jessica Newbrook from Geneva due to her failure to appear in court on multiple charges. Newbrook was wanted on two bench warrants related to prior accusations including drug possession and driving under the influence.


The charges against Newbrook include Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree and Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia in the Second Degree, both highlighting her involvement with illegal substances. Additional charges were Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs and operating a vehicle without a license.

Following her arrest, Newbrook was taken to the Seneca County Jail for arraignment at CAP Court. New York State Police provided assistance during her arrest, showcasing inter-agency cooperation in handling cases involving drug offenses and traffic violations.
