Waterloo police arrested a Geneva man following an incident earlier this month.
Steven Gaudu, 30, was arrested for third-degree criminal mischief after showing up to a person’s home and damaging an electric bicycle.
As result of his actions, the bicycle was inoperable.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
