Alexander Kise, a 21-year-old convicted rapist from Canandaigua, New York, is now facing allegations of attempting to orchestrate the murders of three individuals involved in his rape trial. Following his March conviction for a 2022 rape, Kise allegedly directed his girlfriend, Alydia Gater, to hire a hitman to kill the judge, an assistant district attorney, and a trial witness. These plans involved using Xanax pills as payment for the intended assassination of the judge.

The supposed hitman contacted by Gater turned out to be an undercover investigator from the New York State Police. During their investigation, authorities uncovered detailed plans for the killings, including descriptions and the daily routines of the targets, all documented through recorded conversations between Kise, Gater, and the undercover officer.

Kise remains incarcerated without bail at Ontario County Jail, awaiting sentencing for his initial rape conviction. Meanwhile, Gater has also been taken into custody as the investigation into the murder-for-hire plot continues, with further details expected to be released by law enforcement.
