Deputies in Steuben County say a Painted Post man was arrested after an investigation into a crash.
Erik Miller, 37, was arrested after a single-car crash investigation, where deputies learned that he was wanted in connection to an event in February.
He was charged with criminal contempt and criminal obstruction of breathing, deputies said.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
