Deputies say a local man was taken into custody at the Yates County Public Safety Building after an incident of witness tampering.
Details of the incident were not released.
However, William Williams was arrested during the late-morning hours on April 11.
He was charged with witness tampering and issued an appearance ticket for Milo Town Court.
