Deputies arrested a 74-year-old South Carolina man following a sick or intoxicated driver complaint in Ontario County.
David Glenn Yarborough III, of Lancaster, South Carolina was arrested after a traffic stop on Brace Road in Victor.
Yarborough was operating a vehicle in an intoxicated condition and was found to be in possession of a loaded handgun.
Deputies say he did not possess a legal New York State permit.
He was issued appearance tickets for driving while intoxicated and criminal possession of a weapon.
