Police arrested a Seneca Falls man following a domestic incident at a residence over the weekend.

Joshua Jones, 30, of Waterloo is accused of engaging in a verbal argument with the victim, then remaining there in that person’s presence, which violated an active court order.

Jones was taken into custody for second-degree contempt and issued an appearance ticket.

Those charges will be answered at a later date.
