The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office says a St. Lawrence County man has been taken into custody for fleeing deputies in Wayne County last June.
Leslie George Jr., 48, was charged with criminal possession of stolen property, unlawfully fleeing a police officer, and several other tickets.
The charges stem from a pursuit between Sodus and Huron.
George was located in the vehicle in Oswego County, where it had been reported stolen.
George was released from Oswego County Jail and transported to the Wayne County Jail to await arraignment.
