Waterloo man charged with grand larceny after stealing purse from village bar

State police say a Waterloo man was arrested for grand larceny after a purse was stolen from a local bar.

Daryl Leisenring, 59, was arrested for fourth-degree grand larceny, a Class E felony, following an investigation into a purse theft at F-N-A’s Rhythm and Booze.

The alleged theft occurred on March 23.

He was issued an appearance ticket to answer the charges at a later date. No other information about the incident was released by state police.
