Deputies arrested a Fayette man over the weekend following a dispute.
Herbert Rivera, 56, was arrested for second-degree harassment after a dispute in progress complaint.
Rivera is accused of subjecting another person to unwanted physical contact, causing them to fall to the ground multiple times.
Rivera was taken into custody and will answer the charges at a later date.
