Training complete: Sergeant Sahler finishes training for Seneca County Sheriff’s Office

The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office announced that Sergeant Brian Sahler has successfully completed the Course in Police Supervision at the Monroe County Public Safety Training Center. The intensive three-week program is a requirement for all newly promoted first-line supervisors in law enforcement, designed to enhance their leadership skills and operational knowledge.


This training, mandated by the New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services, covered a wide range of critical topics, including legal matters, incident management, and community relations. It aims to prepare sergeants for the challenges of police supervision and leadership within their communities.
