Elsewhere in the region, various candidates won elections across multiple villages. In Dansville, Republican Kathy Button emerged victorious in a special election against Democrat Dennis Wiedman, securing a position on the board of trustees. Alfred saw unopposed candidates Meredith Field and Catherine Powers winning two-year terms on the Board of Trustees, with 38 voters participating in the election.

The elections across the Hornell area reflected a mix of incumbents retaining their positions and new faces joining village boards. With a range of unopposed victories and competitive races, the election outcomes demonstrated the diverse political landscape within the region’s small communities.
