Steuben County Sheriff Jim Allard recently announced the arrest of 62-year-old Robert Ciccone from Monaca, Pennsylvania.
The arrest came after an investigation into allegations that Ciccone violated a legally enforced order of protection in the Town of Hornellsville.
According to reports, Ciccone intentionally made physical contact with the individual protected under the order.
Charged with first-degree criminal contempt, a class E felony, Ciccone’s actions have led to serious legal repercussions. Following his arrest, he was arraigned and held on $2,000 cash bail.
