The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of an Ovid man following a domestic incident on Sunday.
Deputies arrested Mark Belliveau, 37, for criminal mischief, criminal possession of a weapon, and criminal contempt.
The charges stem from an incident in Ovid where he was at a location with a protected party. He’s also accused of damaging a door and possessing an illegal weapon.
He was brought to the Seneca County Correctional Facility for arraignment.
