In Wayne County, a paramedic identified as Jeffrey Nelson, 41, from Sodus, was arrested after being charged with unlawful imprisonment and forcible touching. This followed a domestic dispute where he allegedly held a woman against her will and touched her inappropriately.

The incident occurred on Saturday when, after an argument, Nelson is accused of using an “aggressive” body hold to prevent the woman from leaving the premises. Additionally, she reported several instances of unwanted contact with her intimate areas.

Following his arrest on Sunday, Nelson was taken to Wayne County Jail and has since been released from custody. An order of protection has been issued for the victim as the case progresses.
