The Buffalo Bills made a free-agent signing on Thursday, agreeing to a 3-year, $24 million contract with wide receiver Curtis Samuel, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter

Schefter added that the deal can be worth up to $30 million with incentives and includes $15 million guaranteed.

Samuel, 27, is a former second-round pick of the Carolina Panthers back in 2017. He reunites with offensive coordinator Joe Brady, who was Carolina’s OC in 2020. Samuel set career highs with 77 catches and 851 receiving yards that season.

The seven-year veteran has gained 4,098 yards on 317 receptions with 29 touchdowns.

Samuel is the second receiver the Bills have signed in the last two days, joining Mack Hollins.
