In Bath a woman has been arrested linked to a burglary in Erwin. Amy L. Sullivan, aged 35, faced charges after law enforcement investigated a break-in. Officials reported Sullivan entered a property in Erwin with plans to commit a crime and stole items from the location.

Sullivan is charged with third-degree burglary, considered a serious felony, and petit larceny, which involves stealing property of lesser value. She was taken to Steuben County Jail to wait for her court appearance.

The arrest was a joint effort, with the Village of Bath Police Department assisting the Steuben County Sheriff’s Office. Sullivan’s case is now moving forward to the Centralized Arraignment Court for further proceedings.
