Police arrested a Waterloo woman after she threw something out a window nearly striking a child.
Police say Kristin Adler, 37, of Waterloo was arrested for endangering the welfare of a child and harassment after a domestic incident where she threw an object through a window.
The window broke, and below it, was a child, according to police. They say Adler also struck another person, subjecting them to unwanted physical contact.
An order of protection was requested on behalf of the victims following that incident, and Adler will appear in village court at a later date to answer the charges.
