The Waterloo Police Department reports the arrest of a 43-year-old woman following a domestic incident in the village.
Stacey Plate, 43, of Waterloo has been charged with attempted criminal mischief and two counts of harassment.
Those charges stem from a domestic incident where it’s alleged that Plate subjected two people to unwanted physical contact and attempted to take a cell phone of the victims to prevent calls for help.
Plate was arraigned and an order of protection was requested for the victims.
Waterloo PD say they were assisted at the scene by New York State Police.
