Ontario County Chamber holds annual dinner: Over 200 gather to celebrate major economic contributors

The Ontario County Chamber of Commerce held its Annual Dinner at Finger Lakes Community College on the special date of Leap Day, February 29. The event saw over 200 members of the community gather for an evening of networking, celebration, and recognition, featuring a cocktail hour, buffet dinner, and live entertainment.


Highlighting the event were the prestigious awards given for Lifetime Achievement, and Business and Nonprofit of the Year. Daniel Fuller, the visionary behind Bristol Mountain & Roseland Waterpark, was honored with the Lifetime Achievement Award for his significant contributions to tourism and community development. Businesses recognized included Finger Lakes Animal Hospital for their long-standing community support and Ashton Place Senior Living for their dedicated service to Ontario County seniors, showcasing their commitment to the economic and social vitality of the area.

UR Medicine Thompson Health was awarded the Nonprofit of the Year, highlighting its role as a key healthcare provider and the county’s largest employer. This recognition underlines the organization’s growth and dedication to the community over 120 years. The Ontario County Chamber of Commerce’s Annual Dinner not only celebrated individual and organizational contributions but also strengthened community bonds, setting a positive tone for the year ahead.
