The Syracuse basketball team closed out the regular season with a 90-75 loss to Clemson at the Littlejohn Coliseum on Tuesday night.
The Orange finished 20-11 on the season, 11-9 in the ACC, and 4-7 on the road.
Syracuse held just one lead and trailed by double digits for most of the contest, including 42-30 at halftime. The Orange tried to rally in the second half, cutting the deficit to eight twice, but Clemson’s hot shooting helped them pull away to claim the victory and complete the season sweep.
Judah Mintz led four Orangemen in double figures with 20 points. Quadir Copeland notched 17, Maliq Brown contributed 12, and JJ Starling added 10.
Syracuse is now 6-10 against Clemson in the all-time series.
