The Waterloo Police Department reports the arrest of a Seneca Falls man after a warrant was issued in Waterloo Town Court.
Louis Saito, 30, of Seneca Falls was wanted on a felony, second-degree assault charge after he failed to appear in town court.
The incident took place in November, police said.
Saito was taken into custody on February 14 in the village of Waterloo and transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility.
