Deputies in Wayne County say a Lyons man was taken into custody after a bench warrant was issued related to a serious incident in 2023.
According to a news release, Lorenzo Carithers, of Lyons was arrested on Wednesday around 6:15 p.m. on charges stemming from an incident in September.
Carithers had several charges pending against him, including coercion, menacing, unlawful imprisonment, and harassment.
He turned himself in at the Wayne County Jail, deputies said, and will return to Lyons Town Court to answer the charges.
