Ithaca College issues warning over repeat trespass offender

Ithaca College has issued a warning to its campus community regarding a repeat trespass offender, identified as 30-year-old Simeon Adams, who was found trespassing in a residence hall on February 20. Adams, who had previously been banned from the college premises, is described as being 5’8” tall and weighing 160 pounds. The college urges anyone who spots Adams on campus to immediately contact Public Safety.

The college emphasizes the importance of reporting any unusual or suspicious activities directly to the Office of Public Safety and Emergency Management, using campus resources such as the Blue Light Phone system, or dialing 911 when off campus. This proactive measure is part of the college’s commitment to maintaining a safe environment for all students, faculty, and staff.

In light of this incident, Ithaca College is reminding its community members to secure their personal spaces by locking offices, rooms, and apartments, and to avoid actions that compromise the security of residence halls.
