Deputies in Yates County arrested a Branchport man following a burglary in Jerusalem.
On February 17, Paul Kerrick, 34, forcefully entered a residence and caused damage while three children were inside.
He was arrested and charged with criminal trespass, criminal mischief, and three counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
Those charges will be answered at a later date.
Deputies say Kerrick was transported to the Yates County Jail pending arraignment.
