Deputies arrested a Palmyra woman following an incident on Cobble Creek Road in Victor.
Riley Ann Record, 24, was arrested for DWI after operating a vehicle in an intoxicated condition.
She was issued citations for DWI, driving with a BAC over 0.08%, and speeding.
She will answer the charges at a later date in Victor Town Court.
